Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing is open to all holders of a non-winning Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant ticket. An entrant must be an individual at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S ("Entrant"). Employees of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, BBDO Atlanta and immediate family members of each are not eligible. 2. To Enter: Entry is allowed between June 23, 2008 and 5:00pm EST on December 14, 2008 or the 14th day of the month immediately following the announced Official End of Game of the Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant game, whichever occurs first (the "Entry Period"). During the Entry Period, entrants must complete the player information section on the back of any non-winning Georgia Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant ticket (Name, address, telephone number), attach first class postage and mail. All entries must be a completed non-winning Georgia Lottery 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant ticket. No Entries Mailed In An Envelope Will Be Accepted. All entries received become the sole property of the Georgia Lottery and will not be returned. Entries must be complete and legible to be eligible. The Georgia Lottery is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or altered entries. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Any Georgia Lottery tickets mechanically reproduced, altered, mutilated, tampered with in any way, containing any printing or other errors, sample tickets marked "void" or not received through the manner specified above are null and void. 3. Monthly Drawings: Monthly drawings of all eligible entries received will be held on the 15th day of the month, commencing on July 15, 2008 and continuing until December 15, 2008 or the 15th day of the month immediately following the announced Official End of Game of the Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza instant ticket, whichever occurs first. All Entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on the 14th day of the month immediately preceding each drawing date to be eligible for that drawing. Except for the final monthly drawing, any entries received after the deadline for that drawing will be included in the next monthly drawing. New entries are required for each monthly drawing. Entries will not be rolled over from one drawing period to the next and will only be eligible for the drawing period they are received. 4. Prizes: Each monthly winner will win One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) payable over twenty (20) equal annual installments of $50,000. However, Winners of the $1,000,000 Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing annuities may elect within 60 days from the date of claim to take a single cash payment in lieu of an annuity in accordance with the applicable Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Lottery Corporation. The single cash payment for each $1,000,000 Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing annuity prize shall be $690,000.00, less withheld taxes and other legally required withholdings. If, after reasonable attempts to contact a Monthly Prize winner by the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a Monthly Prize winner does not file the necessary claim forms with the Georgia Lottery Corporation within thirty (30) days of the Monthly Prize drawing, that Monthly Prize will be deemed to be an unclaimed prize. Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Monthly Prize. 5. General Conditions: By participating, all entrants agree to these Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing Official Rules and the decisions of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, whose decisions shall be final in all respects and legally binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Each winner must sign Affidavits of Eligibility in addition to any Publicity and Liability Releases, or they will be disqualified. The Georgia Lottery Corporation, BBDO Atlanta and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees (collectively, the "Sponsors") assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from this extra chance drawing or the acceptance or use of a prize. Taxes and any other incidental expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Each Monthly Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number for federal and state tax reporting and withholding purposes. All federal, state and local law and regulations shall apply. By participating, all entrants and Monthly Prize winners each agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsors against any and all claims, liability, damages, causes of action (however named or described), and/or costs whatsoever with respect to all aspects of this Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing (including without limitation, any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) that may arise out of entrant's participation in this Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing or the receipt or use of any of the prizes awarded herein. 6. Decisions of the President/CEO: In the event of any situation not provided for in these Georgia Lottery's 15th Anniversary Millionaire Extravaganza Extra Chance Monthly Millionaire Drawing Official Rules or any conflict between any provisions of these rules, the decision of the President/CEO of Georgia Lottery Corporation, or her designee, shall be final and binding.
