ATLANTA – A Wendy’s cashier from Fitzgerald is celebrating a beefy Georgia Lottery win. Keitha Spivey, 22, played the instant game Hot 7’s and won a $30,000 top prize.

“I’m happy,” she said.

Spivey purchased the lucky ticket Tuesday at Enmark, 106 Ocilla Highway, Fitzgerald.

According to Spivey, she will use her winnings to purchase a home.
