ATLANTA – A Georgia Lottery retailer in Evans has sold a top prize Decades of Dollars ticket worth $250,000 a year for 30 years.
The lucky ticket for Monday’s drawing was purchased at Circle K Stores #3177, located at 4403 Washington Road in Evans.
Winning numbers from the drawing were: 21-28-32-39-41-42.
The winner has 180 days from the draw date to claim.
Decades of Dollars is a multi-state game played in Georgia, Virginia, Kentucky and Arkansas.
The game offers a top prize of $250,000 a year for 30 years or a one-time cash option amount of $4 million. The game has a $10,000 second prize.
Decades of Dollars drawings are held at 11 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays. Tickets cost $2 per play.
As with all other Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Decades of Dollars will benefit education in the state of Georgia.
Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $13.1 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.4 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.1 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
