ATLANTA – A Loganville woman intends to tuck away a tidy sum she has won from the Georgia Lottery. Flora Williams, a retired suit factory worker, has matched all five winning numbers in the Nov. 3 Fantasy 5 drawing, winning a $218,968 jackpot prize. Purchasing a Quik Pik ticket at Shell Food Mart, 3933 Buford Drive in Buford, it was her lucky day. "I feel wonderful," said Williams, 74. Winning numbers from the Nov. 3 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 6-10-12-17-27. Williams called the Georgia Lottery hot line for the results. "I almost went out of my body," she said. "It was such a surprise. Georgia Lottery retailers selling winning jackpot Fantasy 5 tickets receive a retailer incentive bonus of $2,000. The retailer incentive bonus increases by $2,000 each time Fantasy 5 rolls. If more than one winning jackpot ticket is sold, the retailers selling the jackpot winning tickets will share the bonus. Shell Food Mart will receive a $4,000 retailer incentive bonus. Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corporation has returned more than $11.2 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs including Georgia's HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia's Pre-K Program.
