ATLANTA – An Alabama state parks worker has opened the gates to receive a brand new crossover utility vehicle courtesy of the Georgia Lottery. Vickie Blackburn of Mentone, Ala., played the instant game Cadillac Riches and won a 2012 Cadillac.
Georgia Lottery representatives presented Blackburn with the keys to her new 2012 Cadillac SRX Crossover Friday at Cloudland Trade Center where she purchased her lucky ticket.
Cloudland Trade Center is located at 12310 Highway 48 in Cloudland.
“I was just really calm. Those in the store were all but turning cartwheels,” said Blackburn, 54.
She and her husband, Albert, have two adult children.
“I’m fine. I’m happy,” she exclaimed.
