ATLANTA – A winning ticket worth thousands was sold in Savannah. Eisenhower BP, located at 2010 Eisenhower Drive, sold a winning ticket worth $20,000 from the Georgia Lottery instant game $20,000 Jacksons.
The winner, Jessie Hamilton of Savannah, claimed his prize recently at the Georgia Lottery District Office in Savannah.
Hamilton, 65, is retired from the U.S. Army. He went to the store and noticed the ticket.
“I saw them hanging in the window,” Hamilton said. “I scratched it at home and was in disbelief.”
