Macon man mounts $125K ‘Game Show’ prize

Wednesday, April 24, 2013

ATLANTA – The excitement is building for a Macon man carrying away a load of a prize from the Georgia Lottery. Michael Nelson, a construction worker, has won a $125,000 top prize playing the instant game Las Vegas Game Show Experience.

Circle K Stores #6728, 5011 Romeiser Drive in Macon, sold the winning ticket.

“It feels good,” said Nelson, 50.

He intends to purchase a home with his winnings.

Georgia Lottery players can enter non-winning tickets for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas to play in the “Las Vegas Game Show Experience” stage show.
