Macon man stamps $50K prize in Dublin

Wednesday, May 8, 2013

ATLANTA – One Macon man has sealed a top prize win from a popular Georgia Lottery instant game. Robert Moore, 53, played Jumbo Bucks Classic and won a $50,000 prize.

“I had just gotten off of work,” explained Moore, a housekeeper. “I scratched it in the car. It was an exciting ride.”

Jet Food Store #0051, 1911 Marion St. in Dublin, sold the winning ticket.

“I did a double and triple take,” Moore said.

He and his wife, Deborah, have an adult daughter.

“I want to do work around the house,” he shared.
