Georgia Lottery Introduces Win For Life and Joker's Wild

ATLANTA – The Georgia Lottery Corporation is adding to your fun this summer with two new instant games. Play the $2 game Win For Life and win up to $1,000 a week for life , with a $1,000,000 guaranteed minimum payout. Or for $1, play Joker’s Wild and win up to $7,500.

To play Win For Life, scratch off the entire play area. Get two like amounts in the same game and win that amount. Get two “life” symbols in the same game and win $1,000 a week for life, with a $1,000,000 guaranteed minimum payout! Players can win $2, $3, $5, $6, $10, $12, $15, $20, $30, $40, $50, $100, $500, $2,500 and the top prize of $1,000 a week for life. Overall odds for Win For Life are 1 in 4.31.

To play Joker’s Wild, scratch off the entire play area. Get two like cards in the same hand and win the prize shown for that hand. Get the “joker” symbol and instantly win all three prizes shown! Players can win a free ticket, $2, $3, $4, $5, $9, $10, $12, $15, $20, $30, $40, $50, $100 and the top prize of $7,500. Overall odds for Joker’s Wild are 1 in 4.32.

Win For Life and Joker’s Wild go on sale at lottery retailers statewide today. Prizes up to $599 can be claimed at any location where lottery instant tickets are sold. Players who win prizes over $599 may claim their winnings at one of the seven Georgia Lottery district offices. These are located in Dalton, Duluth, Columbus, Macon, Augusta, Thomasville, Savannah, and at the GLC headquarters in Atlanta. Winners can also mail a completed claim form, along with the signed winning ticket, to the GLC headquarters.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corporation has returned over $7.4 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs. These include Georgia’s HOPE scholarship program; a statewide, voluntary pre-kindergarten program for four-year-olds; and a wide range of technological and capital upgrades for the state’s schools, technical institutes, colleges, universities and public libraries.
