Shell, located at 915 Indian Trail Rd. in Lilburn, sold the lucky ticket.
According to Mr. Ryans, he scratched his ticket in the store and immediately rushed to share the news with his fiancee.
"I walked in the house and said, 'You're looking at a millionaire!' She was quite happy," he shares.
Mr. Ryans, 35, works for a company that sells building materials. He has two children.
Mr. Ryans says that he may purchase a new home with his winnings, but he first has to get over the shock of winning. "It still hasn't dawned on me yet."
