Simmons, 66, purchased her top prize ticket at Stateline Thrift & Lotto, located at 766 U.S. Highway 82 in Georgetown.
The winning numbers for the Jan. 19 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 3-9-17-21-33. Simmons randomly selected the lucky combination.

"It's like a dream come true," she said.
