ATLANTA – The Georgia Lottery Corporation’s two new instant games are direct deposits of fun. Payday could arrive early with Lucky Payday, a $5 game with a $150,000 top prize. Or play the $2 game Fantasy Cash and win up to $25,000.
To play Lucky Payday, scratch off the entire play area. Match any of YOUR NUMBERS to any of the LUCKY NUMBERS and win the prize shown for that number. Get a “bill” symbol and instantly win $50 for that symbol. Get a “LUCK” symbol and instantly win all 15 prizes shown. Players can win a free ticket, $5, $8, $10, $15, $20, $25, $35, $50, $75, $100, $500, $1,000, $5,000 and the top prize of $150,000. Overall odds for Lucky Payday are 1 in 3.38.
To play Fantasy Cash,, scratch off the entire play area. Get two like symbols in the same game and win the prize shown for that game. Get a “2X” symbol and instantly win DOUBLE the prize shown for that game. Win up to 10 times! Players can win a free ticket, $3, $4, $5, $6, $8, $10, $12, $20, $24, $40, $50, $100, $500 and the top prize of $25,000. Overall odds for Fantasy Cash are 1 in 3.78.
Lucky Payday and Fantasy Cash go on sale at lottery retailers statewide today. Prizes up to $599 can be claimed at any location where lottery instant tickets are sold. Players who win prizes over $599 may claim their winnings at one of the seven Georgia Lottery district offices. These are located in Dalton, Duluth, Columbus, Macon, Augusta, Thomasville, Savannah, and at the GLC headquarters in Atlanta. Winners can also mail a completed claim form, along with the signed winning ticket, to the GLC headquarters.
Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corporation has returned over $6 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs. These include Georgia’s HOPE scholarship program; a statewide, voluntary pre-kindergarten program for four-year-olds; and a wide range of technological and capital upgrades for the state’s schools, technical institutes, colleges, universities and public libraries.
