Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing is open to all holders of a non-winning Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket. An entrant must be an individual at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the U.S. ("Entrant"). Employees of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, BBDO Atlanta and immediate family members of each are not eligible. 2. To Enter: Between February 1, 2007 and 5:00pm EST on the Thursday immediately following the announced Official End of Game date of the Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket, entrants must mail a non-winning Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket with completed player information on the back of the ticket, including player name, address, and telephone number (optional), together with First-Class postage. All entries must be a completed non-winning Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket. No Entries Mailed In An Envelope Will Be Accepted. All entries received become the sole property of the Georgia Lottery and will not be returned. Entries must be complete and legible to be eligible. The Georgia Lottery is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage due, illegible, incomplete or altered entries. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Any Georgia Lottery tickets mechanically reproduced, altered, mutilated, tampered with in any way, containing any printing or other errors, sample tickets marked "void" or not received through the manner specified above are null and void. 3. Weekly Drawings: Weekly drawings of all eligible entries received will be held each Friday, commencing on Friday, February 16, 2007 and will continue until the Friday immediately following the announced Official End of Game date for the Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket. All entries must be received by 5:00pm EST on the Thursday immediately preceding each Friday drawing date to be eligible for that Friday's drawing. New entries are required for each weekly drawing. Entries will not be rolled over week to week and will only be eligible for the week they are received. 4. Prizes: Each weekly winner will (1) instantly win $5,000 cash ("Weekly Prize"); and, (2) immediately become a finalist in the Extra Chance $10 Million Grand Prize Drawing ("Grand Prize Event") to be held on a date yet to be announced following the announced Official End of Game date for the Georgia's $500 Million Club instant ticket. Approximate Retail Value of each Weekly Prize is $5,000. The Grand Prize ("Grand Prize") consists of $10,000,000 payable over twenty (20) equal annual installments of $500,000 each without interest (approximate Retail Value of Grand Prize is $10,000,000). If, after reasonable attempts to contact a Weekly Prize winner by the Georgia Lottery Corporation, a Weekly Prize winner does not file the necessary claim forms with the Georgia Lottery Corporation within thirty (30) days of the Weekly Prize drawing, that Weekly Prize will be deemed to be an unclaimed prize. In such event of an unclaimed Weekly Prize, the Weekly Prize winner will be ineligible to collect the Weekly Prize of $5,000 cash and will also be ineligible to be included in the Grand Prize Event. Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Weekly Prize. In the event a Weekly Prize winner is unable to participate in the Grand Prize Event, for whatever reason, that Weekly Prize winner will be allowed to have a representative participate on his/her behalf. The Official Rules of the Grand Prize Event will be provided to each Weekly Prize winner at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Grand Prize Event. 5. General Conditions: By participating, all entrants agree to these Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing Official Rules and the decisions of the Georgia Lottery Corporation, whose decisions shall be final in all respects and legally binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Each winner must sign Affidavits of Eligibility in addition to any Publicity and Liability Releases, or they will be disqualified. The Georgia Lottery Corporation, BBDO Atlanta and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents and employees (collectively, the "Sponsors") assume no liability or responsibility for damages, losses, or injury resulting from this contest or the acceptance or use of a prize. Taxes and any other incidental expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Each Weekly Prize winner and the Grand Prize winner will be required to furnish his/her Social Security Number for IRS reporting and applicable federal and state tax withholdings. All federal, state and local law and regulations shall apply. By participating, all entrants, Weekly Prize winners and Grand Prize winners each agree to release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsors against any and all claims, liability, damages, causes of action (however named or described), and/or costs whatsoever with respect to all aspects of this Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing (including without limitation, any illness, losses, litigation, personal injury, death, property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, reasonable attorney's fees and court costs) that may arise out of entrant's participation in this Georgia Lottery's Millionaires Club Drawing or the receipt or use of any of the prizes awarded herein. 6. Written requests must be received by June 30, 2008. 7. Winners Lists: For a copy of the names of Weekly Prize and the Grand Prize Winners for the Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: "Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing", Attn: Winners List Request, 250 Williams Street, Suite 3000, Atlanta, GA 30303, or visit the Georgia Lottery website at www.galottery.com. Written requests must be received by June 30, 2008. 8. Decisions of the President/CEO: In the event of any situation not provided for in these Georgia's Millionaire Club Drawing Official Rules or any conflict between any provisions of these rules, the decision of the President/CEO of Georgia Lottery Corporation, or her designee, shall be final and binding.
