Weekly WinFall is a new and exciting, limited-time game from the Georgia Lottery. Each week, 10 lucky tickets purchased that week will be drawn to win $5,000 each! 10 weeks – 10 $5,000 winners each week! Every ticket purchased during the 10-week period is then automatically entered in the final bonus drawing on June 30, 2009! Bonus Drawing Prizes: 1 lucky winner of $1 MILLION! 1,500 winners of $500 each! So, each week you play, you are eligible to win one of that week’s 10 $5,000 prizes – PLUS – you are eligible for the $1 MILLION Bonus Drawing at the end of the game! It’s like two games in one! Play each week and hold onto your tickets until the BONUS DRAWING on June 30!
When are the Weekly WinFall drawings?
Tickets purchased from Saturday through Friday of each week will be entered into the next Saturday’s weekly drawing (see below). The bonus drawing will take place on June 30, 2009.
How do you play Weekly WinFall?
Tickets for the Georgia Lottery’s Weekly WinFall can be purchased at any Georgia Lottery retailer throughout the state of Georgia. Weekly WinFall tickets are sold in numerical order – no playslip required. Play each week to be entered in that week’s drawing PLUS the bonus drawing on June 30, 2009. How many winners will there be?
Each week for 10 weeks, 10 tickets will win $5,000 each (that’s a total of 100 weekly $5,000 winners). In the bonus drawing, one lucky ticket will win $1 million and 1,500 tickets will win $500, drawn from ALL Weekly WinFall tickets purchased during the entire game period (April 18 – June 29, 2009). When can I buy a Weekly WinFall ticket?
Tickets for Weekly WinFall went on sale on Saturday, April 18, 2009 and end on June 29, 2009. Can a player pick his/her own number?
No. Tickets will be sold in numerical order through the lottery terminal. There is no playslip or manual number entry involved in this game. Each Weekly WinFall ticket will have a unique 9-digit number – there will not be any repeat or duplicate ticket numbers. How much does a Weekly WinFall ticket cost?
Each Weekly WinFall ticket costs $10. How do I find out if I won?
Weekly winning ticket numbers will be broadcast each Saturday at 7pm following the CASH 3 Evening drawing on your local Georgia Lottery drawing station. See table above. Check back here (the Georgia Lottery web site at www.galottery.com) for all drawing results. How do I claim a prize?
All Weekly WinFall weekly drawing prizes must be claimed at a Georgia Lottery district office (not including the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport kiosks). The bonus $1 million prize must also be claimed at a Georgia Lottery district office. The bonus 1,500 prizes of $500 each can be claimed at any Georgia Lottery retailer, at a district office or by mail. All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date. What are the odds of winning a prize in Weekly WinFall?
The odds of winning one of 10 weekly prizes are based on the number of Weekly WinFall tickets purchased each week. The odds of winning a prize in the bonus drawing are dependent upon the total number of Weekly WinFall tickets sold from April 18 – June 29, 2009. How will the winning Weekly WinFall ticket numbers be selected?
The GLC is very serious about the security and integrity of our games. The winning numbers will be selected by a computerized random number generator. The random number generator software has been certified using widely accepted statistical analysis formulas by Gaming Laboratories International, an outside gaming device and systems testing laboratory. As with all Georgia Lottery drawings, representatives of the Georgia Lottery Corporation’s Security Department and an external auditor will be present to conduct and certify all drawings. Can a Weekly WinFall ticket be canceled?
No. Weekly WinFall tickets cannot be canceled.

How to Collect All prizes up to and including $600 may be claimed at any Lottery Retailer, Lottery District Office,
or by mail. To claim by mail, simply complete the information on the back of the tickets and mail to:
All prizes may be claimed at any Lottery District Office or by mailing the prize to the above address. Winners of prizes over $600 must complete a Winner Claim Form and provide identification. Winner Claim Forms can be obtained at any Lottery Retailer or Lottery District Office. The preferred forms of identification are a valid driver's license and a Social Security card. If a prize over $600 is claimed by mail, photocopies of the required identification must be mailed along with a completed and signed Winner Claim Form. Winning tickets must be claimed within 180 days after the draw date. The Georgia Lottery Corporation is not responsible for tickets which are lost by the U.S. Postal Service or any other carrier.

Drawing Dates & Times Weekly WinFall weekly $5,000 drawings take place every Saturday for 10 weeks during the game (April 25, May 2, May 9, May 16, May 23, May 30, June 6, June 13, June 20, and June 27, 2009). Drawing results will be broadcast on your local lottery drawing station every Saturday at approximately 7:00 PM ET. The Weekly WinFall final bonus drawing for $1 million and 1,500 winners of $500 each will take place on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. Check back here for results.
