ATLANTA – A Marietta grandfather is celebrating his Georgia Lottery win. James Etzbach bought one of two tickets matching all five numbers from the Dec. 10 Fantasy 5 drawing, winning a $364,387 jackpot prize.
Etzbach, who sells business intelligence software, said he checked the winning numbers and was shocked to discover he had won a share of the jackpot.
“I was like, ‘Are you kidding me?’ ” he said. “I was numb.”
He bought his lucky Quik Pik ticket at Publix Super Market #0280, 1050 E. Piedmont Road in Marietta. The second winning jackpot ticket was sold in Appling.
Etzbach, 69, is a married grandfather of two. He plans to use part of his winnings for his grandchildren’s college fund.
Winning numbers from the Dec. 10 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 10-15-16-26-34.
