ATLANTA – Paul Fennell of Valdosta won a $50,000 top prize playing the Jumbo Bucks Classic instant game.
Fennell purchased the winning ticket at Quick Change #0002, 3701 Madison Highway, Valdosta.
"I looked two or three times to make sure I wasn't dreaming," said Fennell, 47. "I told my mom that one day I would win, and I did."
With his winnings, Fennell plans to buy a car for his mother and purchase a home.
"It couldn’t have come at a better time," he said.
