Georgia Lottery Text Messaging Programs: Terms and Conditions
Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) offers its customers both recurring text messaging programs and occasional limited-duration text messaging programs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of any or all of these programs. However, GLC’s limited-duration text messaging programs may differ from its recurring programs as to the frequency of messages and the programs’ duration. The message frequency and program duration aspects of GLC’s limited-duration programs are listed in Appendix A within, in separate literature describing those programs, and/or in opt-in or confirming text messages for those programs. To the extent that these aspects differ from GLC’s recurring text messaging programs, they supersede the message frequency and program duration provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
By texting to 91478 to participate in GLC’s text messaging programs, you agree to receive up to twenty-four messages per month with information, alerts, and special offers from GLC. Messages may be in SMS or MMS format, and may be sent via automatic telephone dialing system. GLC will not charge you for subscribing to this program. However, message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier plan.
By providing your mobile phone number to the GLC and/or confirming your agreement to receive text messages, you authorize the GLC to send you marketing text messages by automatic telephone dialing system (“autodialer”). Your consent to receiving these messages is not required to purchase any products from the GLC.
You may stop receiving promotional text messages at any time by texting STOP to 91478. By texting STOP to 91478, you agree to one additional confirmation message stating that you have opted out and will no longer receive messages from us. You must be the mobile account holder and at least 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian's permission in order to participate. If your mobile operator is not participating, you will not receive a reply to your messages. Some operators may not support some services. Pre-paid users may not be able to participate - check with your mobile service provider.

LIMITED-DURATION INDIVIDUAL PROGRAM DETAILS
Sign Up for Mobile Jackpot Alerts: When the Jackpot reaches or exceeds certain levels, we will send up to four (4) jackpot alerts per week for the following draw games: Fantasy 5, Mega Millions and Powerball. Players will receive alerts for Fantasy 5 when the jackpot reaches or exceeds $1 million. Additionally, players will receive up to one (1) alert per week for any Mega Millions or Powerball jackpot, regardless of the amount, and up to four (4) alerts per week when both the Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots concurrently reach or exceed $200 million.
Sign Up for Mobile Offers & Updates: We will send up to two (2) alerts per week for exclusive offers and updates, which may include new game announcements, current/upcoming events and promotions, and additional lottery news. Please note that the frequency of these alerts is dependent on offers and updates available.
