ATLANTA – Georgia accountants are on a lucky streak. Just days after College Park accountant Marcia Adams won a $72 million Mega Millions jackpot, a second Georgia accountant is calculating a lottery prize.
Robert Hancock, 33, won $350,000 playing the instant game King’s Ransom. He claimed his prize Monday.
“It’s unbelievable,” Hancock said. “It’s truly unbelievable. I can’t believe this is happening to me.”
An Atlanta resident, Hancock purchased his ticket at Shell Food Mart, 3408 Chamblee Tucker Road, Chamblee.
Hancock said he hasn’t decided what he’ll do with his windfall.
