ATLANTA – A $15,000 Georgia Lottery prize has popped up for a former military man from Warner Robins. Joseph Loflin, who served 15 years in the U.S. Air Force, was selected as a grand prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion.
Loflin, 34, considers himself lucky since winning his prize recently in Atlanta.
As a monthly cash prize winner in the Georgia Lottery’s Play It Again Reloaded Second Chance Promotion, Green had an opportunity to spin a wheel to win cash prizes ranging from $5,000 to $1 million.
“Be sure to go on the website and enter the codes,” he advised. “Winning is pretty groovy.”
Loflin and his wife, Alyssa, intend to purchase a new home.
