ATLANTA – Two Georgia Lottery players purchased Powerball tickets worth $50,000 each for the Jan. 8 drawing.
The tickets were purchased at Valero, located at 1670 Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth and Shell, located at 1500 Veterans Parkway in Columbus.
Winning numbers for the Jan. 8 drawing were: 2-4-7-43-56 and the Powerball was 22.
The lucky tickets matched the first four winning numbers with the Powerball.
Winners have not come forward to claim either prize yet.
Powerball winners in Georgia have 180 days from the draw date to claim prizes.
Saturday’s Powerball jackpot is an estimated $277 million to a single annuity winner.
