Two Georgia Lottery Players Claim $1 Million Scratch-Off Prizes
ATLANTA (July 29, 2025) – Two Georgia Lottery players are celebrating $1 million wins after claiming top prizes on scratch-off games.
A player from Axson won $1 million playing the Millionaire Maker scratcher. The winning ticket was purchased at Guthrie’s Food Mart, 20 Old Pearson Highway in Willacoochee. The player claimed the prize on July 28 and selected the cash option, receiving $505,685.
On the same day, a Decatur resident claimed a $1 million top prize playing the Lucky 7 Multiplier scratch-off game. The winning ticket was purchased at Chevron, 4223 Covington Highway in Decatur.
Last week alone, Georgia Lottery players claimed $41,347,129 in winnings from scratch-off games.
As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from scratch-off games benefit education in the state of Georgia.
