ATLANTA – Three Georgia Lottery players are kicking off the new year as Georgia’s newest millionaires. The lucky $1 million winners were selected randomly in the Georgia Lottery’s Georgia Millionaire second-chance drawing and announced as the clock struck midnight on New Year’s Day.
The $1 million winners are residents of College Park, Grovetown and Lawrenceville. They can remain anonymous as permitted by Georgia law.
“Congratulations to the Georgia Lottery’s first millionaires of 2026,” Georgia Lottery President and CEO Gretchen Corbin said. “What an exciting start to the new year. We look forward to celebrating many more winners and special moments as we work diligently throughout the year to maximize revenues for HOPE and Pre-K.”
