Please note the following details:

Players must purchase at least five plays on the same FANTASY 5 ticket, or one play for multiple drawings, to receive the free FANTASY 5 Quik Pik during the promotion. Only one free FANTASY 5 Quik Pik will be printed for each $5 or greater FANTASY 5 ticket purchased. A Cash Match purchase does not count towards the $5 FANTASY 5 ticket for this promotion. Example: A FANTASY 5 ticket with 5 plays on the ticket will produce only one free Quik Pik.

The FANTASY 5 Black Friday promotion cannot be combined with other FANTASY 5 promotional offers or coupons.
