ATLANTA – One happy housewife has won a prize in West Point. Sophia Min, 37, has matched the first five winning numbers in the Feb. 26 Powerball drawing, winning a $200,000 prize.
Min purchased her winning Quik Pik at Money Back #0044, 1900 Highway 18, West Point.
“The high jackpot brought me to Georgia,” said Min, a resident of Montgomery, Ala. “I came back last weekend and stopped by one of the gas stations. I found out I’d won.”
Winning numbers from the Feb. 26 Powerball drawing were: 4-13-17-21-45 and the Powerball was 10.
Min has no immediate plans for her winnings.
“I still feel like I’m in disbelief,” she said.
