ATLANTA – A fork lift operator is heaving a hefty Georgia Lottery prize. Everette Rogers of Reidsville, 35, recently won $25,000 playing the instant game Cool Cash.
Rogers scratched his lucky ticket at home.
“I was happy,” he said. “I did the James Brown dance and spun around a little bit.”
Married with three sons, Rogers plans to pay bills and save.
“It feels pretty good,” he said.
Discount Beverage, 191 S. Main St. in Reidsville, sold the top prize ticket.
Rogers claimed his prize March 7.
