ATLANTA – Winning $52,000 a year for life is a rocket booster for one Harris County mechanical engineer. Ralf Otte, a Cataula resident, matched the winning numbers from the Feb. 11 Win for Life drawing, netting $1,000 a week for life.
“I’m certainly delighted,” Otte exclaimed.
Winning numbers from the drawing were: 1-8-13-23-34-35 and the Free Ball was 10.
A & AC Store, 1560 U.S. Highway 27 in Cataula, sold the lucky Quik Pik.
Otte, 46, said that he considers the win additional income to pay for his basic needs.
“I’ll be going to work for fun, and this will be a cushion for me.”
Win for Life drawings are held every Wednesday and Saturday. Each Win for Life ticket costs $1.
