ATLANTA – One lucky Rincon man has won an eye-popping quarter-million dollar prize from the Georgia Lottery. Timothy Waters, 33, played the holiday-themed instant game Giant Jingle Bucks, winning a $250,000 top prize.
Gate Store #225, 390 Columbia Ave. in Rincon, sold the winning ticket.
“I was stopping to fill up my mom’s car with gas,” Waters said.
While sitting in his mother’s car, Waters scratched the instant ticket and began to shake.
“I was shaking so bad,” he recalled.
With his winnings, Waters intends to purchase his mother a brand new car and a SUV for himself.
“I want to fix up my truck, pay off bills and invest,” he shared.
