ATLANTA – A Hephzibah man will get to enjoy looking at several state welcome signs as he plans his first motorcycle road trip courtesy of the Georgia Lottery. D’Angelo Bussey, 33, played the instant game Harley-Davidson® and won a brand new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
“It was exciting,” Bussey said of his experience. “I left my house to go to work and stopped for a drink. I decided to buy one lottery ticket.”
AM/PM Convenience Stores, 1898 Gordon Highway in Augusta, sold the winning ticket.
Georgia Lottery representatives presented Bussey with the keys to his vehicle Wednesday at Timms Harley-Davidson of Augusta, located at 4200 Belair Frontage Road.
“My wife and I are excited,” said Bussey, an experienced motorcyclist. “We can finally take a road trip.”
A painter, he and his wife, Stephanie, have one 14-year-old daughter and one 4-year-old son.
“I just like the freedom of riding; the wind blowing in your hair,” he shared.
