ATLANTA (August 28, 2025) – Three Georgia Lottery players won big prizes in the Aug. 27 Powerball drawing, while the jackpot rolled to $950 million, the sixth-largest in the game’s history.
All three Georgia winners matched four of the five white-ball numbers plus the Powerball. A ticket purchased at Publix, 2900 Delk Road in Marietta, won $50,000. Two additional winners, Savannah and Milton residents who purchased tickets online at galottery.com, selected the $1 Power Play option, boosting their prizes from $50,000 to $200,000 each.
The winning numbers were 09-12-22-41-61, with a Powerball of 25 and a 4X Power Play multiplier. The next drawing is set for Saturday, Aug. 30, with an estimated jackpot of $950 million.
