ATLANTA (Sept. 8, 2025) – Sixteen Georgia Lottery players won major prizes in the Sept. 6 Powerball drawing. Twelve tickets matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Powerball number to win $50,000. Those winning tickets were purchased at:

Four more players selected the PowerPlay multiplier to double their winnings to $100,000. Those tickets were purchased at:

The next Powerball drawing will be Sept. 8 with a jackpot of $20 million.
Two Georgia Lottery tickets hit the jackpot playing Quick Win games on Sept. 6. The first won $118,624 on $25 and $50 Frenzy Quick Win, purchased on the mobile app by a Hephzibah player. The second won $23,918 on 20X The Money Quick Win, purchased by a Dawsonville resident on the mobile app. Quick Win games are instant play, instant win games that share a rolling progressive jackpot and are available at Georgia Lottery retailers and online.
Another player won $50,000 in the Sept. 5 Mega Millions drawing. The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers and the Mega Ball, and was purchased at Douglasville Food Mart, 3385 Fairburn Road in Douglasville. The ticket had a built-in 5X multiplier that raised the prize from $10,000 to $50,000. The next drawing will be Sept. 9 with a jackpot of $358 million.
Finally, a Douglasville resident won $20,000 playing the Triple Patinum Diggi Game and a LaGrange player won $14,000 playing Keno!, both on the mobile app on Sept. 5
As with all Georgia Lottery games, proceeds from Powerball, Georgia FIVE, Mega Millions, Diggi Games, and Keno! benefit education in the state of Georgia.
