Taking a Break with Self-Exclusion
Need a break from the lottery? You can pause your online play here.
You can choose to take a break for 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or 10 years. During this time, you will not be able to access your iHOPE Account or play online or on the mobile app. You will not receive Georgia Lottery promotional emails.
Once you self-exclude, Georgia Lottery Corporation (GLC) cannot reverse the process for any reason and you will not be able to apply for a new account. In addition:
- You will not be able to withdraw or deposit funds, or buy any GLC lottery games or products using your iHOPE® Account;
- You will not be able to enter any GLC second chance promotion;
- You acknowledge that you forfeit any entries you have for GLC second chance promotions;
- If you follow the GLC on any social media platform, you must "unfollow" the GLC to stop receiving updates. The GLC is unable to do this for you.
- To review the full Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program details, see the Terms & Conditions.
Once your exclusion period is over, you can request to have your account reactivated by calling the Player Information Hotline at 1-800-GA-LUCKY (1-800-425-8259).
